however i would tell you that these two years have probably been one of the best periods in life.

Fusion yesterday was great.

The showcase went along pretty well. I did screw up the first song though, how embarrassing. But the second song did draw some crowds and some "whooo"s and "oooh"s could be heard so I guess it was pretty darn good huh!

I stayed back in church to study today.It wasnt that productive so I headed home after 2 hours.
Cant wait for the holidays, I need time to pack my room. It's so messy i wouldnt be surprised if i saw roaches. I need to throw so many unwanted crap away. And sort out where I'm going to put all my TIME magazines (which seems to never stop coming, Shernise would understand that).

There was a mini CCA open house yesterday.
So i went over to the field to check out the J1s who were just kicking about, getting to know more about the team.
Being the shy boy that I am, I could have turned away and ignored any J1 approaching me.
However, also being the very nice person that I am, I did not and decided to talk to this J1 who came up to me.

"Hi you are?" he asked.

"What position did you play!?" he interrupted even before I could finish speaking.

You know, I've been thinking lately.
It's kinda stupid cause there's still a long way to go.
But it's gonna come sooner or later.
YES it's the A levels.

I've been trying very hard to prioritize my time this holiday, in fact EVERY holiday for the past 5 years. Yet time and time again i fail to complete a lot of the tasks I set out to do. There only 3 weeks left and i've not a single piece of work at all, no wait i dont even know where the heck they are.

It makes me wonder if i'm spending way too much time with friends. Dont get me wrong, when we're out we do the fun-nest nonsense ever. I love the company and hell yeah i love everyone of you. It's just that i'll look back and constantly tell myself, perhaps i could do away with a wee bit of the fun, and actually do something useful.

I'm not only talking about studies, sometimes i feel like i let God down as well. Perhaps all those times out with friends meant a whole lot less time with Him? I dunno.

This post is gonna sound like I hate everyone for asking me out be it the gym, soccer, movies or even the much loved thursday dinners.
Just to assure you, IT IS'NT.
I'm only saying it cause it's something that really takes up most of the 24 hours I have everyday. And let's be honest, you know it too.

So people, the next time I turn you down, it doesnt mean i'm sick and tired of seeing you. It just means that i think i should turn my attention to the other things in life.
Oh you may say Hosea's all grown up now, being seventeen has made him wiser and now he's finally thinking clear. No.

It's just a realisation, and frankly speaking

G'DAY MATE.

So i've just returned from australia after 8 days. I'm glad to know that people ARE missing me, like Val and Jacq...HEH.

It's been an awesome trip, the guys there were great, from the people who went, to the teachers, to the guide (decima) to the best bus drivers in the world (jayne and joe).
Yeah it was supposed to be an educational trip but to me it felt a little slack, haha.
Nono i'm not saying that i didnt learn anything cause believe me i did.
I just felt that er...it wasnt THAT intensive as i thought it'll be.

I'll try to post pictures up soon.
Anyway we had lots of field trips during this trip.
Went to see the caves at Naaracorte, the blue lake at Mount Gambier and Adelaide City.
Awesome really, awesome.
Austrailians are super friendly btw.

I might not have been able to get everyone something, so please dont blame me.
Now jacq's gone =( we cant go out.

Wow,soccer yesterday made me sunburnt.

Yesterday, i went for supper with jacq aaron and yong zhi.
We sat there, talking nonsense..i thought that was good stress relief.
btw holland village market serves the best fruit juice in the world. so bring your girlfriend/family there and buy as much juice as you can.

I went back to school today for the australia trip briefing. I didnt know that the trip would be so "ACADEMIC INTENSE", it's crazy i tell you..writing report after report EVERY night. worst, we only get to shop on the last day for like...an hour plus?!!!! So people dont blame me if i dont get you anything, I CANT! I really hope i dont regret going for this, after all i could be going to Japan with my family, but no, i chose to go to australia.

After that extremely long 3 hour briefing, it was another 3 long hours of maths with mr lee. I do not miss his yelling AT all. It felt kinda good to see the class though, surprisingly. I wonder if anyone's retaining.

My ankle isnt any better. It still hurts sometimes when i twist/turn/rotate it.

OH, if you've read jacqs blog, you'd see some really old photos (esp the camp ANTS one) of 2C.
I think it's hilarious but it does bring back alot of good memories!
And to jacq, who says no one has photos of the class anymore, I DO!..well at least bits and pieces of it...

Good news, the leg's getting better. I hope i can recover in time to do some light training with the team on friday, and ultimately, play for a short while on saturday.
We've got a game on saturday against pioneer primary/seconday/jc , which? I REALLY dont know..haha. All I DO know is that i really really really really want to play.

We got to watch "Born into Brothels" today for GP. Yeah i know it's a sad film about kids who are born to women who are prostitutes. But it also talked about this women who taught photography to the kids. WOW, i've been like trying to start photography for a long long time and finally I get to do it for the upcoming youth camp. Hope I'm able to take proper shots.

I realised i've been agreeing to a lot of favours recently, especially church-wise. Joyce asked me to join the outreach ministry, I did. May asked if I would like to do photography for camp, I said ok. Yuliang asked if I was ok in leading worship during the camp (something i really thought i'd never do), I agreed. Sq asked if I would like to join the prayer comm for the camp, I said yes!
I feel like i'm being used by God to do lots of things now, which I think is GREAT!

So i really hope i can play on saturday,i'm praying.

My poor leg.
Had a bad fall during soccer on sunday.
Went to the doctor today but she ended up sending me to the Radiologic Clinic to get an X-ray done instead. I hope it isnt serious, the last thing i want is to NOT be able to train with the guys.

My mood's been bad, I seem to have an EXTREMELY low tolerance level recently and I would like to apologise if I've pissed you off in ANYway.

OH! The Parachute Band is coming! Sucks that I cant go for it, stupid Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

I remember how much i hated school at the beginning of the year.
Always complaining, making loads of noise.
But hey! school's been pretty good recently.

Soccer training yesterday was awesome.
For the first time it felt like a REAL training, LOL.

Today we were sitting down in the morning, eating pratas when winston came to sit with us.
Oh, 'us' being jiayi,yz and myself. Winston told us something. something that REALLLY made me laugh..hahahaha..his deep deep deep dark secret.

Anyway i'm glad i'm done with OP rehersal.

Exams are over, papers have been returned
Crappy grades wont make me any less happy.
I've gotten back almost everything now, it hasn't been good but i dont think i would retain anyway.

The past few days of partying has been awesome, soccer, timbre, soccer AGAIN, and a good relaxing swim.
I headed down to Wheelock yesterday after getting back our maths paper. It was good to see the rest of the Cambodia guys, shaun (who has just returned from australia and bought me a nice big packet of starburst) and little charissa who still havent grown, and genny and joelynn whom i havent seen in months. The rest,either i see you everyday or i've seen you recently but still it was good! Too bad i couldnt stay for long and had to get back home for dinner. The last time i had dinner at home was eons ago, i've been eating out almost everyday when studying at holland.

I dont think i've seen the last of studying for the year, i think i'll need to take a re-exam for maths, after seeing how unbelievably lousy my score was.

Oh oh before i forget, the principal had the ultimate pms yesterday during morning assembly. Some J2 was caught talking on the phone and he started to yell at that poor guy to come up. He didnt stop there and the yelling continued on the grandstand where the whole school could see. Then the principal ordered all the guys with hair problems to report to him. Ian(who was unfortunately caught right at the last minute) told me about what the principal said to them. HILARIOUS i tell you, makes you wish you were there. I wont say anything about it here, i dont have the money to go to court. =)

Well, blog posts have always been about how life has been, or rantings about how crappy it can get. So i thought i'll put in a little spiritual stuff today. heh.
Just to let you know, i DO think about non-christian friends. like yong zhi said, we dont want to be just friends on earth.
